CHALLENGE:  Curating a bespoke theme wine box & blending your own wine, including in the box, & make a food pairing.  Also, make a presentation.  2 Teams.

- Megan became ill before the presentation & their team was late.

     WINNER:  Blue Team - even though they were late in doing the presentation.

     LOSER:  Yellow Team.  The brand wasn't too confusing & not cohesive.

    BOTTOM 3:  Jake, Lan, & Tony.  They put a sock in their glass.

CHALLENGE:  Run a delivery-only restaurant.  Will be tested on Time Management, Ability, to advertise, and most important Quality control.  Tomorrow will open for business

CHALLENGE:  Plan UTV Tour through the stunning desert that feature exciting activities & ends with a delicious meal.

- Each team must plan an activity & a meal for 10 guests.

NEXT DAY:  The guests arrived.

- In Team Yellow:  Queen undercooked the trout, the table wasn't set, and the cool drinks weren't ready.

NEXT DAY:  Back in Los Angeles for the Judging.

- The Brussel Sprouts which Gordon didn't like the guests love them.

  LOSER:  The Yellow Team.

ELIMINATED:  Queen - Poor Time management & she can not have a good relationship with her team.

CHALLENGE:  Create your own Tik Tok style video.  Show how to make a delicious farm-to-table vegetarian recipe using ingredients found on the farm.  Will be testing them to communicate.  Make Clear instructions in 3 hours.

CHALLENGE:  Dividing into 2 teams run a pop-up Coffee Shop.

                            Satellite Studio for QVC.

CHALLENGE:  Selling kitchen products on LIVE TV.

- Teams:  Girls vs. Boys.

- Aaron could have been better as the producer.  He could have given more instructions.

            FINAL FOUR:  Caroline, Chris, Lan, & Ashley.

ARRIVED AT:  Las Vegas - Caesars Palace, The Absinthe , one of Vegas Top Show.

CHALLENGE:  Capable of developing a new Vegas business model, a sensational culinary circus.  Select a meal from the Hell Kitchen's restaurant then pair & integrate the course with one of the acts that Gordon chose from the show.

MY OPINION OF PRODUCTS:

- I thought Fat Milk was some sort of milk product since it was in a milk carton.

- Pizza Girl - They are TOO many frozen pizzas on the market.

- Smart Cups - Chris was correct in his marketing campaign regarding the new logo.
