CHALLENGE:  Going to be innovating a new product, in the most lucrative food categories:  Chocolate.  Create a name for the chocolate product, design the packing, create a jingle & test with market research before pitching in from Mars executives.

TEAM RAMSEY:  The Pitch - Joopz, Leader - Liz.  Ali had a little sip-up

ARRIVED AT:  An Important Trade Event:  Then International Food & Drink Event.

CHALLENGE:  Testing your ability to sell.  Will sell some kitchen products LIVE at the Trade Show.

TEAM VANDERPUMP:  Leader Nicholas.  He did not lead his group much.  Jess cut her fingers on one of the kitchen tools.

TEAM RAMSAY:  energy was good but they didn't focus on the products.  Didn't tell how many of the tools work.   Made 33% Sales.

TEAM VANDERPUMP:  Flow was very good.  Made 50% of sales.

GRILLING ROOM:

ELIMINATED:  Kyson & Rose.

EPISODE #8:  Breakfast Bootcamp.                                    7 Left.

ARRIVED AT:  Both teams (all 7) arrived at Rosy Lea Cafe, Gordon & Lisa  surprised with serving them a quick breakfast.

CHALLENGE:  Must communicate on running a full breakfast serviced both front of the house and back of the house(kitchen).  Will be serving at:  Savoy Grill.

NEXT DAY:  start at 3am a Crash Course, serving 2 covers in 2 hours & an 5 Star experience.

THE GRILLING ROOM:

- Since they work together all show-up in the grill room.  No teams won.

- Nick didn't want to take the back of house which he had some experience.  He wanted the front to show off.  But, he did a poor job of it.  He wrote the tickets wrong.

- Liz did not have very good cleanliness.

- Andrew didn't lead the back of the house.

ELIMINATED:  Liz & Nicholas.

EPISODE #9:  The Semi Final.                                                         5 Left.

      Jess, Andrew, Roman, Erica, & Ali.

SAME NIGHT RIGHT AFTER THE ELIMINATION:  Gordon & Lisa told the final 5 to stay & that the Semi Final is beginning.
